Really nice location with great views!
The prices per night are too high for what you get. the staff could be more attentive.

Everything! Right from the moment we arrived we loved staying here. The hotel is very boutique, in a breath-taking location. The rooms are beautiful with fantastic views of the mountains. We had breakfast included in the room rate which was exceptional and access to a coffee machine is also included for free (which was so helpful!).
Not only this, but the hotel owners were so friendly and made us feel very comfortable.
This is before I mention their two dogs…Tinna and Skrumba who were hilarious, beautiful and so well behaved. We missed our dog so much whilst we were away; but Tinna followed us to our room most days and was great company.
We had an amazing time and can’t wait to come back!

We loved the attention to detail in everything from the comfortable lounge to the well appointed bedrooms. The staff is amazing and the food was five stars!

360 hotel has fantastic 5 star rooms located in what we described as a three star hotel. Everything about the rooms is great! Large comfy beds, luxury bathrooms, well stocked mini bar, robes, art on the walls and floor to ceiling windows with fantastic views, a internal porch and also a small patio! The flat tv came with international channels and there was plenty of space to hang clothes. The owners are hands on inside the hotel aiming for a personal experience and dinner and breakfast is served family style (all on one table).
There is no choice for dinner or snacks menu, its a set menu with either meat/ fish or veg option. There is also no official lounge. Instead the centre of the hotel is a wide corridor which is speckled with mismatch furniture, chairs and entertainment such as books, board games and even a piano. The only problem with this is that if you want to go to bed or relax in your room, right outside your door is the lounge/ corridor that could become noisy depending on what time other guests stay up till or if they decide to play the piano! The spa is in a separate building and is unsupervised. You also have to brave the weather to get there! The building is dark and poorly lit, but the water was warm and relaxing inside. The outside pool was cooler, almost pitch black at night (I took a head torch) and was full of pine needles and branches. They advertise the pool may contain natural algae, but this was unfortunately just not cleaned or filtered properly. The owners were friendly enough and the young girl who welcomed us was very helpful, but I couldnt help but feel they needed more staff, especially if they are aiming for the luxury traveller. Also there are two small dogs that are very much a part of the furniture in this hotel. We love animals, but its not for everyone.
The car park was a fair walk to the hotel up a dangerous slippery path that had not been cleared of ice and snow the day we visited. It had very poor lighting and was certainly not a path I would send guests down, if it could be avoided. There was no offer of help with luggage, no room service, no in room menu or lighter bites menu, breakfast was very average for the price charged and dinner was limited on choice. Some of the outside areas needed some attention and were a bit scruffy. There are also no private tables to enjoy a romantic dinner and there is no official lounge, just a corridor. The spa is not supervised and is poorly lit and there were no drinks or water bottles available in the spa. Unfortunately despite having the spa area, the service and value for money do not make this hotel the best choice for the area as this really is one of the more expensive hotels.

it was very cozy, the owners were very nice and helpful with us, the breakfast had variety, the spa was superb( we were so lucky that we got to see the northern lights meanwhile we were chilling in the thermal bath they had outdoors. It is not in Reykjavik but the location is in the middle of the main attractions like the golden circle, the ice caves, the black beach. These were still 1 hour plus drive but it was better than staying in the capital if you wanna check all the sights. 15 minutes from the hotel you can find the city of Selfoss which offers shops and bars.
nothing to complain about.

Beautiful, well designed, and very comfortable rooms. Super cute dogs that were so friendly. Lovely spa with really special indoor and outdoor pools. The food for breakfast and dinner was also really delicious - some of the best meals we had in Iceland. Also, the team was lovely, gave us lots of information about the roads and activities, and gave us flexibility checking in and out due to the weather.
Quite curt comms in advance of our stay.

We were warmly welcomed by the owners Oli (Olafur)and his lovely wife Anna. We found a quiet corner in the restaurant and admired the Icelandic countryside surrounding the hotel whilst our accommodation - The Grand Suite was being prepared for our 4 night stay. From the moment we stepped inside the hotel we were made to feel part of Oli and Anna's family and instantly knew we had chosen the perfect hotel for our Valentine's break. Anna was a delightgul host escorting and showing us around our suite. We had picked our accommodation wisely as we had not made any plans during our stay. Our ultimate aim was simply to relax and unwind in the Icelandic countryside. Our suite had everything we needed, we loved the large bathroom, bedroom and separate sittig room. The bedroom and sitting room areas, had large sliding patio doors with wonderful views of the Southern Iceland landscape. The super-sized bed was extremely comfortable. My husband and I had some of the best nights sleep ever at the 360hotel.
Depending on what side of the hotel your room is situated (North or South) you will be blessed with a spectacular sunrise or sunset. For the best views of the Aurora Borealis request a room on the North side of the hotel – we were very fortunate to see the Northern Lights during our stay from both in and outside of the hotel – it's not easy to see the Aurora Borealis with the naked eye, so don't forget to take your camera & a small tripod! The Grand Suite is the hotel's largest room and can sleep up to 4 adults, but other room grades are also available if you are on a budget. The Grand Suite is located on the South side of the hotel and is one of the closest rooms to the indoor and outdoor thermal baths. The suite has a mini well stocked mini bar (for an extra cost). Breakfast was included in our room rate and I can honestly say there was something for everyone as the hotel catered for all tastes and diets.
Description not 100% accurate (no coffee machine in room)

Staff were very helpful and friendly. Even came to help us when we got stuck in the snow!
Rooms are very cosy and comfortable. Beds are very comfortable.
Friendly dogs that lived at the property are gorgeous!

Dear Anna & Olafur, thank you so much for a truly amazing stay. Your hotel is so peaceful and you do everything to make people feel at home. We especially liked your warm hospitality and the uncomplicated yet stylish and beautiful atmosphere with the great details. The breakfast and dinner were prepared with so much love. We loved it. On top of that, we were able to relax in the beautiful hot tub and sauna after a long day full of great experiences. You have really created an exceptional place. Please cuddle the dogs for us - the two lovely souls who put a smile on our faces every day. We will miss you and wish you a wonderful Christmas with your family!

If you are visiting Iceland, you must include a stay here.
It’s THAT special.
The 360 is elegant and sophisticated, yet rustic and warm at the same time. The views are breathtaking.
Even better are the people: Anna and Olafur are charming hosts, and their staff is delightful. Our favorite member of that staff—by far—is Tinna, a young and delightful Icelandic Shepherd. Tinna captures the heart of every guest. I miss her already!
Anna gave us the best advice on where to go and what to see. I can honestly say there are memories I’ll treasure for life I’d have completely missed without her expert guidance.
The 360’s location is absolutely perfect for exploring Iceland’s southern coast and gorgeous waterfalls.
And dinner is delicious, served family-style. Their breakfast buffet is thoughtfully prepared, beautifully presented, and has something to delight everyone.
Five stars and many more!

I couldn't fault the hotel in any way! Although the restaurant doesn't have a great choice, the food was delicious and a wide selection of drinks in the bar

This is a lovely hotel/spa located about 10 minutes west of Selfoss. The owner Anna is great and she welcomed us when we arrived. There is an outdoor hotspring spa, plus several additional spas (indoor and outdoor). Spa is included in price, as is a great breakfast. Room has patio and beautiful views all around (hence "360" name). Entire 1-story hotel is poured concrete and QUIET! (Architecture reminds me of Saarinen's building in Holmdel NJ, USA.) Nice large bathroom (rare for Iceland in my limited experience). Large common area. This was the perfect place to relax after our strenuous multiday mountain hike!
Climate control in room could be better.

Small boutique hotel. Spacious rooms and thermal baths were fabulous. Rooms were cleaned daily. Food was very good.
