Great selection of food for breakfast

lovely hotel in the centre of town so super convenient . Beds very comfortable and staff very friendly and helpful
Rooms are tiny we had a standard room , if you are on the larger side or have a lot of luggage you would struggle .

Our room was so hot and they kept blaming us like we were the ones that didn’t turn the heater down. They always assumed negative intent.
We were given a fan. We opened the windows. We tried everything to get the room cooler they kept assuming negative a tent like did we open the windows at all or were they open wide enough not let’s figure out why the room is hot and get maintenance in here.
Eventually, I just stood at the desk long enough where she found an available extra room for me I said I wanted to look at it at first and it was smaller and it was a downgrade and they weren’t going to give me a credit or even any concession whatsoever. They offered nothing but the smaller room it is better because it was cooler than the first room, but still couldn’t you have offered some concession because now we were suddenly downgraded to a smaller room because your room was too hot.
