The breakfast was very good. The room was very comfortable with good facilities - the shower was very good. It was a little tight getting between the bed and the window to get to the toilet. The staff were all very friendly and helpful
the bar was disappointing - no bar man. So if you wanted a drink, whoever was on reception came but could only serve a glass of wine - no cocktails. So for drinks we went to the bar next door

It was very inviting and comfortable. Staff was friendly and attentive. The art was lovely.
Temperature in jacuzzi was barely warm.

The location was excellent and although there is no parking on site, there is a parking garage a short distance away. The location is central to several cultural venues. The hotel also had a nice spa area with hot tub and steam showers.
We had a first floor room that was quite noisy with plumbing sounds above and boisterous lobby sounds. There was a TV, but it was inoperable. Other hotels at this price point offered a tea kettle and teabags or a Keurig, this hotel did not. Breakfast was not included. Breakfast offerings were very limited and all cold items with the exception of beverages. For the money, I would recommend eating elsewhere as it was pricey and somewhat disappointing.
