The early arrival check-in went very smooth and fast. The entire staff was courteous, efficient and customer focused. The Hotel and facilities were clean and comfortable.
The location, being so close to the airport was not ideal and at times a little noisy.

The restaurant in the hotel was wonderful! Everything was delicious and the buffet allowed us to try a little bit of everything. The view from the stairs was a small airport. The wooden statues in the lobby were adorable. We found the staff very helpful.
There was nothing that we did not like. We were able to park right in front of the hotel which was convenient since we were starting our drive around the ring road the next morning.

Easy access to room, is about all.
#1. Inadequate chairs in the room. #2. Just one thin cover UGH on our bed(s). #3. We were promised a Queen bed when we checked in early in the morning, but at the end of the day once we came back, thay gave us 2 twins instead: this was a real bummer. #4. Very high-priced restaurant on premises...for much, really, lower food value. #5. Front office staff is dour, sour, not really friendly. Except for one of them, who was friendly. (In the end, they all looked like they just "tolerated" having to work there.) You really need to recruit smile-friendly staff.
