We love this hotel and stay here every time we visit Stockholm. It is in a great, central location with lots of restaurants nearby and views of the harbour from the rooftop bar/restaurant. Rooms are exceptionally clean and tidy. The rooms without windows are great when you need some rest from jetlag. Prices are very reasonable too.

Good location near a square and near the end of one of the pedestrian shopping streets
When I booked some time back they had front desk staff. Received notification, 2 days prior to travel, that was no longer available and we would receive a code to check-in. That did work. No possible way to get into a room early with new code system. Shower tile floor caused me to use extra caution.

The manager was incredibly friendly and helpful. I needed to buy a duffel bag during my stay and he kindly recommended a couple of nearby stores to visit. Moreover, he allowed me to leave some luggage there during my trip out of the capital. It is centrally located. Numerous stores, restaurants, and cafes are within a short walk.
The price for one night was high but it was high season and many visitors were in the country to see the solar eclipse.
