Easy to find, large rooms,
Amazing bathtub
We are getting used to Iceland’s high prices — so it’s not this hotel, just the overall cost of travel here. It was expensive for us — we don’t usually spend this much for a hotel.

The location was good for us but not a lot of things to do within walking distance. The main lobby was incredible. The staff were very helpful.
I can’t think of a single thing. I can’t really comment on value. Every place in Iceland is so different. It is a higher end hotel to expect it to be more expensive.

Rooms were well equipped
The major construction project that was going on directly under our room. It was a huge deal. We didn’t receive any word about at check in and discovered it was going on when we looked out the window when we arrived to the room. We mentioned it to the front desk and the said that the construction never started before 8 in the morning. Both days it started es at 730. We brought up our displeasure with the front desk and the gave us a business card to complain to the management. The construction is in its beginning stages so a warning to anyone who plan on staying in September/Ictober.
