Pool and loungers were beautiful. Architecture was really nice. We got upgraded to a suite which we loved. Staff were all really nice and helpful and shuttle service is very convenient. The hotel was really a calm oasis away from the madness of the city. I recommend staying here if you get overstimulated easily or don't like crowds as it was lovely knowing I had somewhere peaceful to return to after exploring the square etc.
Some more snack options at the pool would be nice as there are not really shops nearby. Crisps, icepops maybe would be good.

The hotel was ok. The grounds were well kept. The cleaning staff were the only ones that smiled!
Unfortunately, the experience did not live up to our expectations.
Bottled water was charged for and only available between 07:30 and 18:00 outside these hours we found it impossible to get any food or drink! The hotel was located in a very rough looking area miles from any shops.
While the property was clean, there were several issues that made our stay less than enjoyable. The staff, for one, were unhelpful and rather dismissive. It felt like any request or question was a burden, which made us uncomfortable throughout our visit.
We had booked a suite based on specific amenities listed, including a desk and soundproofing—neither of which were present. The lack of soundproofing especially made it difficult to sleep, as outside noise was an issue. Additionally, although the listing mentioned a garden, we had to request twice for furniture.
Overall, it felt like the hotel cared more about appearances online than providing an experience that matched in real life. I wouldn’t recommend this place if you’re looking for comfort, service, or a stay that matches what you paid for.
