Pool and loungers were beautiful. Architecture was really nice. We got upgraded to a suite which we loved. Staff were all really nice and helpful and shuttle service is very convenient. The hotel was really a calm oasis away from the madness of the city. I recommend staying here if you get overstimulated easily or don't like crowds as it was lovely knowing I had somewhere peaceful to return to after exploring the square etc.
Some more snack options at the pool would be nice as there are not really shops nearby. Crisps, icepops maybe would be good.

Lovely setting, pool area and spacious room
Inconsistent staff some good some indifferent, especially in reception and breakfast .
Coffee and tea facilities in the room should be a given in a hotel on this level in the world.
Maybe change the breakfast menu some days? Same every day.

Staff couldn’t do enough for us, always polite and went out of their way to make our stay amazing (even to the point of getting an upgrade to our room.
Food was always freshly prepared, and someone was always on hand to arrange transportation into the city centre.
The location was a little outside the city but that suited us better.

The hotel is nicely designed and the pool is really nice.
