Loved the facilities, we enjoyed our stay so much. Staff was so friendly and buffet breakfast was great loved the roti and curry we had. Room service was so fast so bonus points there.
My room was far from the entrance but it was good exercise so i dont have any complaints.

I particularly enjoyed the Breakfasts
I didn't like the fact that it has taken me over a week to get a receipt from Booking.com for the accommodation costs of staying at Novotel.

You get no milk to have a coffee or tea have to buy your own that’s shocking should be provided
