Reception staff were great. (Sorry should have taken his name). We were there for my son’s graduation so we were given an upgrade for one of the rooms. Thank you. Perfect location near the Curve Theatre. Parking onsite. Great breakfast.
Unfortunately there is scaffolding all over the outside of the building, so you can’t see how beautiful it looks. Also in the bar they stopped selling cocktails at some (unknown) time, despite the cocktail menus still being out on tables.

location was good, breakfast selection was also good. room size was also decent with comfortable beds.
Room was extremely warm, there was no AC. the wing in which i got my room was weirdly hot. as if the heaters were running. Coming out of the lift on the 2nd floor, i had to turn left and go through a set of doors. the difference in temperature after passing the doors was very noticeable. I.e a lot warmer!!
