Spacious Room, Generous Breakfast. Convenient Location. Right next to Cricket Stadium.

One lift was out of order
Second lift only stopped on the way down when called, even if you wanted to go up
The bathroom tap was loose
The shower taps were hard to operate
There was only one chair in the room for three people
The lights in the room were hard to operate so that only one turned on or off
We could not get NetFlix
One of the exit doors at the reception did not open
The door man wanted us to prove we had a booking before we could enter the hotel, even though we had already done this when entering the car park.

Due to a system problem all check in's had to be completed manually. This caused a 45-minute check in delay. Huge confusion between staff and guests feeling frustrated. I was given the wrong room due to the wrong code written; however, they offered complimentary breakfast for my full family, due to the inconvenience caused. Room was clean and spacious. Some minor issues like cupboard handle damaged but nothing serious. The view of the cricket ground was amazing. breakfast was excellent. Checking out was much easier.
