Excellent bedroom with comfy beds. Nicely appointed. The reception and bar areas were really comfy and the restaurant was pleasant

Clean, smelled lovely. Great decor .& comfortable with a relaxed atmosphere.
Communication from some of the staff seemed a bit vague. I didn’t receive any information on how to arrange room service or details regarding the community BBQ

excellent facilities rooms were first class and bathroom facilities were excellent i don't want to big it up too much as i would have no hesitation in booking again the restaurant was also exceptionally good and good value for money

The room was lovely , it was very hot in the room , the receptionist gave us a fan .
We had a really comfortable night sleep , bathroom was lovely also .
We had paid for the breakfast the morning after .
There was very little guidance through the process you were left to your own devices . We ordered scrambled egg on toast through the kitchen , a poached egg that was very clearly over cooked .
The waitress that was serving the whole dining room was trying her hardest to cater to all of of our needs we did feel for her . We didn’t mention any of the problems we had experienced.
The bacon was overdone and we didn’t eat the majority of the breakfast .
In our opinion the breakfast wasn’t value for money .
