Lovely and clean public spaces. Nice bar areas though not enough tables.
I had quite a large Matt of hair attached to my pillow. Unfortunately I did not notice until the morning, by which time it was too late to complain. It totally put me off having anything for breakfast.

Closeness to the north terminal
Not possible to turn the aircon off.
1 hour wait for room service. (We were warned)
Limited food menu in room or at the restaurant
We ordered the beef burger but it was tasteless.
Only 1 chair in a room for 2, so one of us had to seat on the bed to eat our dinner
