We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, just 7 minutes to Gatwick long stay car park and the overall atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable. Everything was just as we hoped for, and we would happily stay here again. Highly recommended!

Location! Comfy bed.
No one at reception at check in or check out - and an impossibly incomprehensible conversation on What’s App so probably a bot. Dead pot plants.

Location (close to the airport shuttle bus), exterior facade
Room with outdated and worn-out walls and furniture—be aware that some rooms lack an en-suite bathroom. Quite far from the train station for London (accessible via a bus stop that’s a short walk away, or by walking)
