Pool was lovely and clean,
All communal areas were clean but missing attention to detail in our room, upon pulling out the sofa bed it seemed it hadn’t been changed since last use I found a clean sheet in the wardrobe and quilt which I changed as there was blood stains on quilt,
Just the cleanliness of the room in general
Also wasn’t asked if we would like to pay for parking £12 just automatically added to our bill, had we been asked we would have found alternative parking,
Also drug dealers using the car pat up at the top end was very obvious even with security guard standing watching

New style rooms very good, comfortable, quiet and quite well equipped. Although hanging/wardrobe space very small.
Invoices were not being sent automatically when ordering food and had to request these from reception. Did receive a refund that was due, after being told to pay again for breakfast x 1

Very close to the airport/NEC.
The common area were very cold. Windows in the hall ways where wide open even with the rain:

Bed very uncomfortable and the refusal to help with a date issue was very disappointing
