Lovely and clean with excellent facilities
Nothing it was all lovely

Friendly warm welcoming
Rooms are very dated but clean
Didn’t like that I was woken up at midnight to people being loud and drunk due to multiple parties that night in the hotel

Peaceful room, and room service was lovely.
Room and facilities seemed outdated.

Location
Rooms and decor dated. They add a £2.5 ‘service charge’ to food you order at the bar - yes it’s on the menu cards in small print, but just feels petty.
Parking should be free for guests, as should be bathrobes in the spa which cost £7. Telling of the spa, needs a proper refresh and the pool is cool and the spa area chilly too
