Room very comfortable.
Reception area could be better. Receptionist didn’t inform me of breakfast times or where you get breakfast. She was a little off in her manner.

We ate in the bar. the food was good and the service was outstanding. we asked for an extra pillow which was brought quickly, the staff were very helpful and couldn't do enough for us. Great black out curtains!

Manager Sam was very helpful in sorting the issues and always offered a solution
Breakfast was good first day with variety
Next day found mould in vegan cheese
Staff helped with pram and luggage during lift repair

Lift broken, dirty room after cleaning, food lefr on beds despite beds being done, pungent fishy smell in bathroom explained as chemicals. Sharp door handles on cupboard in a family friendly room resulted in cut
No phone in room had to use mobile and main phone with long hold time
Strong narcotic smell at night from outside mist likely weed
