This trip was to celebrate my 60th birthday it was a fabulous weekend great company and the facilities made it really sp

Everything about the hotel was lovely the welcome reception and all the staff were really friendly and welcoming. The food and the facilities were excellent. The box of chocolates was a special touch

Very expensive and facilities like spa was nice but the room was poor

We enjoyed the spa although it was at times too many people in there.The food and staff were good.Although the food was very expensive.The location is good but appears to need some renovation,I have stayed at the property for many years and nothing has changed.

My room wasn't cleaned my whole stay.For the price I didn't even get a nice comfortable double bed it was 2 single beds joined together and pillows were poor and the bed very uncomfortable.

Wonderful relaxing break

This hotel was fantastic great freshly cooked breakfasts plenty of choice on the continental buffet and friendly help staff.The spa was wonderful with the infinity pool to the steam room and sauna the treatment I had was amazing the girls were lovely and professional and last but no least the view over the bay from our room to the restaurant was just amazing

Excellent facilities,food good,staff great.

Breakfast was excellent,so much choice. The Spa facilities excellent. The room was lovely with a balcony overlooking Saundesfoot harbour. Very relaxing break.

The room could have been a little bit more spacious.

A lovely place for a really relaxing trip to Pembrokeshire, with stunning views and lovely staff

Fantastic views, nice big room, very comfortable bed, lovely staff, good breakfast. Lots of thoughtful extras like the huge DVD list you can borrow for free to watch in your room, and fresh milk provided for coffee or tea in the room fridge. Really nice restaurant with a beautiful ambiance and good food, as well as excellent coffee at breakfast. Altogether a special place!

Sometimes we could hear the guests in other rooms quite clearly when in our room, but this never ended up being a problem that disturbed us — it could do, though, if you had particularly loud neighbours. The spa pool is tiny and you’ll share it with quite a few other people, so it’s just a relaxing place to enjoy the view, but definitely not suitable for actual swimming.

Nothing outstanding, general vibe was nice but not memorable, staff tried hard but most genuine person was the waitress at breakfast

Spa wasn’t sold very well, upselling of the restaurant, timing for meals appeared to be very strictly applied with limited flexibility

loved hotel just few things were disappointing and room quite small

love the hotel and location and especially infinity pool

we had wait as room was not ready to check in at 3 and then when did go up to room there was all the rubbish and dirty plates an rubbish and towels from room outside. was not nice to see. also asked for coffee milk in room and reception said would get some but none put in room . disappointing. also day of departure cleaner was outside asking if we ready to leave even tho it was only ten o clock and check out was 11

Incredible stay

Fantastic hotel, staff couldn't do enough and were attentive. Friendly place with a relaxed feel. Food in the restaurant was delicious, including breakfast with fantastic view! Spa was excellent, clean and well looked after. Thermal pools has views across the harbour and beach!

Only thing was they forgot to put full fresh water in the room.

Nice spa option

The spa is lovely, main differentiator definitely being the outside pool. Lovely breakfast options and a cozy room

Will only use spa facilities on next visit as the rooms are not up to standard for the price!

I loved the spa facilities the perfect package was wonderful Staff were really helpful Breakfast was great

The bathroom had a shower curtain that was all ripped around the top where the metal rings should have been lots of the metal rings were missing and the paint was peeling off the bath panel. It was £265 for one night so I think this is unacceptable.
