Bedroom clean and comfortable. Evening meal delicious. All staff welcoming and professional.
Would have appreciated a lift. Will request a lower floor if we visit again.

Location for us was great. Easy reach by car of place we were visiting and easy walk into Leamington, restaurants, etc
Breakfast was good, relaxed and organised.
All staff were very friendly and helpful
Great having parking on site
Bar and evening dining service. Wasn't the staff themselves but 1 staff member spread between the 2 didn't work. They weren't busy (at all!) but 1 detracted from the other. Stuck in bar 1 night with no server and dining room another with little attention and forgot my drinks order.
Bed was too soft but might just be personal preference.

A nice quiet location within walking distance of the town centre. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
There was nothing really about the hotel that we didn’t like. We did park in the hotel car park but it was difficult due to car size and orientation of the parking spaces. Breakfast was lovely but it could have been warmer.
