This location was unusually nice. Yes, the rooms are above a pub, but it was very quiet, at least while we were there. The staff were very nice and helpful. The parking is a bit of a walk, down the street at the local race track, which has a very secure locked gate to their lot. It was included in the price and wasn't an issue for us.
The breakfast was extra special. A wide variety of items to choose from. I would return just to sit and have breakfast again. Extremely pleasantly surprised by our stay there.

Unequivocally recommend this beaut of a pub/hotel! Perfect location, parking, cosy rooms, comfortable beds and excellent breakfast for adults and kids.
The owners also cater at the Lord of Leycester museum up the road too - another excellent place to visit
