Lovely hotel. Lovely food, would recommened the lamb curry. Very relaxed atmosphere and in a great location. Staff were courteous and helpful.
It was resolved amicably but we were not informed that the spa was closed despite this being the main draw for me.

Staff friendly, quirky but an interesting hotel
Room was too hot, electricity plugs not near one side of bed. Some plugs were not UK standard, and didn’t work. Didn’t appear to be any lifts, we were on first floor.
