The staff were very professional and kind and we had a relaxing comfy stay . The hotel was well presented and very clean ,the food was delicious and service was excellent .The hotel is kept to a high standard along with beautiful surroundings .

In a good location however on a busy road so lots of traffic.
The room next to mine was being refurbished and had scaffolding. Opened my curtains on
A bank holiday Monday morning to a man stood on the scaffolding looking directly into my room. Spa was very small and always full and catered towards couples. The room needed a lick of paint, window locks were broken, velux window in the bathroom
Was broken wouldn’t open. Breakfast was from
7:30
But staff didn’t arrive to work it until
7:45 not really
Good enough. Same with bar staff, they are working the bar and serving the dining hall
At the same time so would often go missing.-
