The location was really nice and easy to get to

The shower was so bad and the shower head was broken plus the coffee machine down stairs was broken after I had a coffee and went back for another one

Staff were friendly. Room was clean and spacious.

Mattress and pillow uncomfortable leading to a poor night's sleep. Breakfast wasn't great. Staff were slow to respond in terms of clearing tables and restocking items and plates and cutlery. Food was ok but not great quality. Was a bit disappointed.
