Stayed for just a night.. property is pretty old but the stuff is exceptional.
The air conditioning is very old and not cleaned.

Breakfast was quick clean and spacious so not to congested when full
Seemed dated, loo was tight and no side rails when getting in shower. I don’t know why hotels do not use one way film on the windows, it so cheap to put on

Greeting at reception was good and the room was clean and decent enough.
I booked the room as it was advertised with air conditioning but on one of the hottest days of the year, it wasn't working! I arrived fair late in the evening to a stifling uncomfortable room with a desk fan already on, just circulating hot air. Windows only open a couple of inches so it was a poor night's sleep on a fairly comfortable bed. Oh and the batteries in the TV remote were exhausted.. like me.
Breakfast was fine but not worth the £14 paid
