Friendly staff, good beer range, free parking, great breakfasts, comfortable bed, free wi-fi.
No lift to 2nd floor room which was a challenge for an elderly resident on knee replacement waiting list (but I should have mentioned that at time of booking). Front facing bedroom very noisy until 3 a.m. due to night clubs next door due to motorbike racing up and down the road from 6 a.m.

The staff are very friendly and helpful but this hotel has seen better days. My room was tiny and backed onto a noisy air conditioning pipe and the need to have security staff on the door says it all. Shouting and fighting going on outside till the early hours. Not somewhere I would want to go to again but it seems very popular with the locals.
Very hot and sticky inside, thank goodness there was an outside area to escape to for some fresh air.
