i have stayed at this hotel every year for the last 16 years ,its a great place well located with very friendly staff and clean rooms . It may be a small hotel but its very good
since we first stayed at the hotel due to remodeling of the local area the car parking has been moved a fair distance from the hotel .obviously this is beyond the hotels control

Good location, pleasant staff, good breakfast and overall reasonable price.
Although I slept well, the mattress (actually a few on top of each other) was too soft and was sliding when moving around in bed. Rooms are not really soundproof, particularly other doors in the property being closed/slammed was a bit noisy.

Not our first stay and we chose the Hotel for the location. The breakfast was good and thee room was comfortable. Nice fluffy towels were appreciated.
We were disappointed that the room was not serviced very well eg coffee sugar and milk not topped up, used cups and saucers not washed, shower door not cleaned. We were in the Suite Vincent and there was no door on the bathroom which we found uncomfortable. Despite the fact that quite a few guests were staying at the Hotel, the bar closed at 9pm! We also thought the food was expensive, so we ate at other restaurants in the park area. It wasn't as good as our last stay about 4 years ago.
