The location was super, and convenient parking just opposite.
Although beds sheets and towels were clean, the shelves were very dusty… and also in our room the side tables were not suitable for placing a glass of water and bottle as their surface was not flat (curved ceramic side tables).

There is much to like here, it's a good hotel, nice facilities, comfortable, great location.
Unfortunately it has these modern ventilation window glasses which means it's noisy and gets a bit chilly. They must know it's noisy because you get a pair of ear plugs by the bed side tables.

Welcome desk was very friendly and helpful.
Room was lovely, good coffee.
Loved the coffee/tea/snack station on the first floor.
Loved the water fountains that dispensed both still and sparkling water.
Location was great for getting around the city and seeing the university.
Easy access to buses and transport
Windows do not have double glazing, and our room was on the front road which was noisy at night and early in the morning. Ear plugs were provided (but I can't use ear plugs).
