The location was ideal. Close to local restaurants and the central train & bus station. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful.
While the nearest car park was convenient, the overnight charges were extortionate so we moved our car to a P&R car park 2 miles away and used the excellent bus service to reach our car.

The Queen Hotel is a short walk from the train station and overlooks a square full of restaurants and cafes. We had a large room with comfortable beds. The staff were nice and the hotel was a short walk to everything.
There was dirt or black mould in the multiple places in the shower and the toilet seat was loose. The windows were also not sound proofed so it was quite loud when people were in the square, although this didn't go too late. There were delivery trucks at 7am on the morning we were there though.
