Perfect location, easy to find. Bus stop to the airport right outside (piazza). Good breakfast. The guy in reception was very helpful and serviceminded.

I had always chosen this hotel for business trip, and this was the 5th time I stayed with the other 2 colleagues and yes I recommended it! The experience genuinely was awful this time. The heater of Room 356 was broken so I slept at very cold temperature even I was told they have central air conditioning system. Then the shower was broken. Hot water came and cold water from the shower head and hand shower at same time which cannot be adjusted. It was very dangerous as people wouldn't notice the water came from shower head was so hot. Besides, the room was so dark that I even cannot make up properly. I escalated the situation to the staff on next day morning, and they sorted out the issues but I don't think I will choose the hotel again.

Nice hotel, looked exclusive. But the design of the room and the layout with seperate bathroom and toilet was outdated. Missing information in the room about breakfast times, roomservice, acces to fitness and so on. Had to ask in the reception.

The hotel is really clean and the personnel attentive and professional. Breakfast options was delicious and fresh. The room was clean and comfortable even if it's was a little bit outdated.

Unfortunately we had a terrible sleeping experience at this hotel. The climate control was so loud we both couldn’t sleep. The hotel has a primarily digital administration so ik asked the reception tru WhatsApp 3 times to assist for the noise After 7 hours they replied that I should had called. This hotel is not for us.
Breakfast was good. Overall state of the hotel Clean and modern. At checkout they not asked how the stay Was and I had to tell them about the terrible experience.

Beautiful hotel, EVERY member of the staff are so lovely and welcoming. The stadium is right around the corner and right opposite the city centre/bus stops and train station it's literally the perfect location for Eindhoven

This hotel came recommended by a colleague but it wasn’t as great as they mentioned. The room was very dark and very hot! There is no AC and the temp control feature on the wall did nothing.
There was no milk for the coffee in the room and I would expect complimentary water in the fridge but there wasn’t. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows were huge but very flat once laid on.

The location is just a few steps away from the city center. There’s a bar and restaurant inside and the staff is competent and friendly

What a great hotel! The beds are ridiculously comfortable, got a decent sleep. No noise disturbance, bath was huge! Decro really cool too. Great location and really nice staff. Look forward to our next visit

Friendly and polite staff. Clean rooms but amenities were poor. No AC in rooms as it was centrally controlled but it was very hot. No room service.

The building is a former industrial site from Philipps, turned into hotel-lofts ... spacious, basic and cool

In my opinion, this should not be classed as 4* hotel. Wallpaper was coming off the walls, twin beds were next to each other and after separating them ourselves, the floor underneath was quite dirty. Shower was sprayimg water from the pipe going up to the shower head. Lighting was quite unfit for such a room that size and it always felt dark even with all the lights on (2 small ceiling lights and 3 lamps on) at the same time. Lastly (maybe this is a personal preference) the wallpaper, carpet and bathroom tiles were a complete eye sore and combined with the bad lighting the entire room felt dark. What I would also expect from a 4* is soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner; there was only one soap dispenser between the sink and bathtub and another dispenser with 2in1 body and hair gel in the shower cabin (which is not reachable from the bathtub). The breakfast wasn't bad and the cocktails at the bar were very good but it wouldn't be enough of a reason to stay here again.

Had a very comfortable stay in this modern city centre hotel. Spacious room and bathroom, comfy bed, great shower, good buffet breakfast. Very friendly and attentive reception.
Only downside is the noise from other guests. Rooms are not soundproof.

The room was dated. No heating to be seen. The floor was not vacuumed properly. The were stain on one of the quilt covers.
There was even a metal part missing from one of the beds.

Arrived at hotel early evening to be told that bar and restaurant were closed that evening even though people were present in the bar area. No prior warning given.
No bottled water available in rooms also. Expensive breakfast

Value for the price was a bit less than expected. If they would have included breakfast in this price it would have been perfect.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It seems there could be more hot food items for an 18-euro breakfast. The room is quite spacious but the area where you can put the luggage seems rather uncleaned.

Room in deteriorated condition, unclean, safe does not work, restaurant closed. Although terms and condition allow for checkout after one night, hotel refuses to provide refund as I obviously left after the first night.
