Breakfast options were varied , so I could choose what I wanted. The room was comfortable and quite for sleeping, even though the hotel is located in Cusco City Center area. There are welcome gift snacks in the room, so cute . The hotel staff was not fluent in English but was very kind . The Location was good for the tourist .
The hotel also has a Spa , so I booked the massage before I went the airport. The massage itself was Okey but the problems was the cleanliness of the Massage room. During the massage , I was bitten by bugs or mosquitoes whatever, with more than 4 bites on calf & thigh area . I felt ichy and later I found the bites in the restroom at the airport . That's the reason I can NOT give smile mark cleanness. The check out time is 10 am sharp .

The room size was great! The staff was very helpful. The cappuccino at the breakfast was amazing, i went for a second cup. Wifi worked awesome. The location was great and the beds were really comfy.
The breakfast wasn’t too tasty and i really wanted a massage but it was much more expensive than many places in Cusco. Other than that everything was great

Breakfast was good and staff were nice as well as attentive on this area. The room was clean and warm
Just what was needed after. 3 day trek.
Reception team were distracted, not great customer service as you should always acknowledge a guest. This is not a four star hotel, three at best as parts are very old and tired!
