Excellent breakfast, good location which is close to centre, clean bedroom.
The staff helped us to arrange car to airport. They also packed the breakfast for take away when we had a daytour at 4am.

Spacious and clean room, good buffet breakfast selection, able to store luggage after checkout.
Good location but slightly far from city centre. Impersonal feel at times, and very early check out time (9am). Jacuzzi bath hadn’t been cleaned.

The hotel is well positioned. Breakfast is good. Beds are comfy. Rooms are spacious. Loved the large window for the view of the mountains.
We had little hot water. Told them at the desk several times. Internet is poor. Staff wanted payment in cash not card. 9am check out is ridiculous!! Communication with guests is poor.
