Very friendly and helpful staff! Everyone was very nice. Breakfast was great. Rooms were very clean. The courtyard was very cute too. Hospitality was great for helping with extending our stay when our flight was delayed, storing our luggage, and calling a taxi for us to get to the airport. The complimentary tea area was very nice, and appreciated especially with the coca tea to help with the altitude sickness. Very reasonably priced, close to the main squares making it very walkable to get to the main attractions of the city.
Walls are a bit thin so can often hear things outside, especially the rooms around the main courtyard

This hotel was great, it was in a central location right near all the attractions, lovely and clean in a heritage mansion with a nice courtyard sitting area. Breakfast had a good selection including all sorts of teas. We stayed in a Junior Suite and the room was enormous, comfortable beds and decent sized bathroom and separate sitting area, two TVs and complimentary water and snacks on arrival.
Slightly noisy in the morning due to traffic outside the hotel but that’s not something anyone can control.

The location, right across from the Qoricancha. Good breakfast.
Many rooms are really tiny, hardly a room to open a suitcase. Only a window on the door. No view except from the suite.

The location is great. The outside area is very quiet, and also they have a good breakfast.
Pictures are deceiving.
The room was very small, I had no window and after I complain they gave me another room with a very tiny window, but it was right below the kitchen, that means that by 5AM the noise was awful and we couldn’t sleep anymore.
