One of the best stays we had during our time in Peru. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, welcoming and helpful.
The team at reception and the concierge desk were absolutely lovely and always went out of their way to assist us with anything we needed. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, and everyone made us feel genuinely well looked after.
The restaurant was also very good, with attentive staff and a lovely atmosphere.
Overall, we had such a wonderful stay at Casa Andina Premium and would happily stay here again. Everything was just excellent from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Not sure why this property is rated 5 stars?
Hot water issues - other people have experienced this too.
Very noisy - especially if the room next to the courtyard or stairs . Thin walls too?
Tea/coffee in room not replenished daily
The breakfast spread is not extensive but adequate.
Concierge was down right rude when we asked help regarding the in house spa
The breakfast staff and cleaners were lovely and did a good job.
