We had a wonderful experience staying at the Hotel Hacienda Cusco! The property beautifully captures the authentic colonial charm and character of the city, making the stay feel incredibly unique. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and provided a peaceful retreat after long days of exploring. There is always filtered water to fill up your bottles and free cocoa tea all day long . It is also equipped with oxygen . The restaurant and the daily breakfast buffet was also fantastic, offering a delicious variety of fresh options and authentic flavors to start the morning right.The location is excellent—safe and within short walking distance to major attractions, local markets, and great restaurants. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a beautiful atmosphere in Cusco!

The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. On our first day we left at 5am for Machu Picchu, and they prepared a lovely breakfast package for us to take on the early-morning excursion. They also had complimentary oxygen as advertised (which, fortunately, we didn't need to use).
The location was a bit out of town — approximately a fifteen-minute walk to the main square. The room was very average, and ours was located in the centre of the hotel with no privacy. Breakfast was below average; we skipped it the second day and opted for a café.
