O hotel é muito aconchegante, quarto espaçoso e limpo, banheiro com bom chuveiro e não falta água quente. Os funcionários são maravilhosos, super atenciosos e prestativos. O café da manhã é bom e eles preparam lunch box em dias de passejo muito cedo.

Das Bosco Hotel beeindruckt bereits beim Eintreten mit seinem unglaublich schönen Interieur. Hohe Decken, edles Holz, es hat etwas besonderes. Beim Betreten des Zimmers hat es uns die Sprache verschlagen, der Ausblick aus dem Fenster war wie eine Postkarte. Die Zimmer sind schön, sauber mit einem modernen Bad. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück toll für das gute Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis. Selbst bei Touren, die um 3 Uhr nachts starten, gibt es eine Snackbox. Die Lage ist ein Traum, und man ist in fünf Minuten am Plaza de Armas, rauf dauert es natürlich länger.
Das Bosco Hotel liegt für die Veranstalter knapp außerhalb des historischen Zentrums und kann bei Touren nicht angewählt werden zur Abholung. Einfach eine Email schreiben, dann klappt das meistens oder man trifft sich unten am Platz. Der Weg ist auch nachts absolut sicher.
Uns hat es nicht gestört, Aber das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und es war im August sehr kalt im ganzen Haus, was aber auch in jedem Restaurant so war. Es gibt eine kleine Heizung und Decken, das hat uns gereicht. Absolute Empfehlung

The property is clean, neat, and well-maintained, but it is located on a hill/incline. While the setting is lovely, the walk can be quite tiring, especially if you need to go up and down twice for lunch or dinner. This is something worth considering when choosing the property.
The rooms are spacious and offer lovely views. However, the heating in the room could be better, and the bathroom feels quite small compared to the size of the room.
Unfortunately, I had to cancel my stay due to a change in plans. While Booking.com did not charge me a cancellation fee, the hotel management charged me $25, which was quite unexpected, especially since the booking clearly stated that there would be no charges other than the one-night cancellation fee. This was disappointing and, unfortunately, makes me hesitant to recommend the property in the future.
