Friendly bar and restaurant staff and lovely communal areas.
Live music and options to take part in some free activities during your stay
Rooms were very dated and I wouldn’t consider it a boutique hotel.
Very noisy - we had two rooms on the ground floor and one room was right on a busy road and in the other room you could hear people using the bathroom/walking around.

Amazingly friendly and helpful staff. They stored our bags for us whilst we were on a 2-day Machu Picchu tour, nothing was too much trouble. Kiki the llama was an extra bonus 😊

Staff was great
The smell of cleaning products was very strong as well as very loud inside the room as you can here the people quite easily
