Central but a bit costy for what you get

We were sleeping in a tepee, that was nice. The beds were compfy and the shared bathroom was OK.

The breakfast was tasty, but the portion size soooo little. Overall the ratio of costs and value was off. It was quite expensive and you definitely get better accommodation in different locations. We planned to stay there after our trip to Machu Pichu, but cancelled that to stay somewhere else.

My room was leaking on my head. Tee pee area had shared bathrooms, locks were hard to open, it was loud.

Location, the kitchen.

Staff! None of them was welcoming, friendly or helpful. I don't even have high expectations, before this place I was staying at hotel Ninos, half price, and very cute and comfortable, I thought I would socialize with some other like-minded people and the hotel Selina looked so cool from the photos and the whole advertisement they do on social media, I paid double the price for what is worth. The place doesn't look like the way it is presented here at all. It doesn't have the energy, and welcoming environment at all. I stayed at tepee , that area was cute but the bathroom was like a prison bathroom, almost worse than a camping bathroom. The room was cold but I managed to get an extra heater. Overall, my main concern was the staff was totally checked out and not even trying to make you feel welcomed, and this place was nothing like 'you go make friend or collaborate' with other guests.

You can’t go wrong with Selina :)

Very well located, very nice atmosphere, sofas to lay down a bit everywhere, great wifi, love the design..

Good vibes. Easy to meet people. Not super loud!

My bed was missing one of the curtains. That made is difficult to sleep when the rest of the dorm got in at 2 am and I had to try to get ready and pack to leave at 4 am without waking them up

Excellent place to stay for your travels in Latin America.

quiet, pretty, has everything you need if you aren’t sure where to go in town for things; lots of work from home people here.

towels are rentals, you have to bring your own toiletries.

Felt the price was high for what you got compared to other hotels/hostels in the area.

common area was nice, bathroom had good hot water and water pressure. Staff was helpful and friendly.

Loud music starts at 730am in the common area. Any room along the courtyard (and there are many) will hear this music bright and early. Our room also had an ant problem.

Good location, but a bit expensive

The good: The location is excellent. The room is nice and cozy.

There is no window outside in the room (only to the hallway in the hostel). It felt that the price is too high to what you get. The water in the shower didn't go down completely.

Good location, but only for people who don’t care about being comfortable or getting good sleep

Location was good

They played loud music starting at 5:30-6 AM in the common area and made it impossible to sleep if you had a regular room that was near the lounge area. Also, with little warning, there was a fumigation procedure that prevented us from returning to the hotel from 9am-1pm and basically disrupted our day.

Nicely decorated and good location. Comfortable big beds in the private double room. Clean rooms and bathrooms.

The price-quality ratio here was really out of balance which made me feel unhappy. Free coffee/tea would be a plus. Poor breakfast. Slow service to order a drink in the communal area. Nice that they do boxed lunch if you have to get up early but this includes a dry sandwich made with untoasted toastbread - this bread is not to be eaten untoasted :), they have better bread in Cusco. The staff didn't give me a good or welcome vibe. I didn't really feel at home there. World of difference when I stayed in another hostel in Cusco with better facilities and half the price.

Chic modern hotel/hostel in a convenient location

The room was a nice size, hot water, good toiletries available, more than one electrical outlet, very convenient location, nice food at the restaurant/lounge.

You have to check-in on their app, which you need to download. It's kind of silly since you are face-to-face at the front desk when you are checking in and they have all your booking/reservation information on the computer in front of them.

Exceptional

Great location, near everything you want in cusco. Tge common areas and bathrooms were always clean.

My window was close to the main area so there was noise when wanting to sleep early.

Poor

It felt overpriced for what we got. When we arrived, the hotel charged us almost double of our booking fee because “prices had changed” and we were not given a cancellation option. The hotel staff was not accountable and blame the situation on booking.com, and on “the clients”. This was only solved when we issued a formal complaint and we’re now waiting for a partial refund. I would never recommend this place.
