Best location! Breakfast great. Rooms good size. Staff were really helpful with all questions and could speak English well.
Curtains didn’t block out whole window. No big deal but I like darkness.

Extremely noisy due to the location right on the plaza. Noise all day and into the night. Closing windows and wearing ear plugs doesn't help. Hard to rest or relax.

The location was great.
When I booked the rooms I wrote to the Hotel asking if the rooms could be the ones with a balcony. The respondent that all de rooms had a balcony so I was excited about that. Unfortunately when I arrived to the hotel the receptionist told me that only one of the three rooms had a balcony and that she was given me and my family “the left ones”. My room had no view at all and de shower floor was in bad shape. For that I would like a refund, because the expressly told me all the rooms had a balcony and it was a lie.
