Bedroom is colder than outside, shower takes 5 minutes to work, there's never tea or hot water in the lobby.

The location is amazing and the place is cute.
I wanted to love this place, but honestly wouldn’t recommend staying here. Our room was on the ground floor which means you hear EVERYTHING from the courtyard restaurant and breakfast area. The windows for the ground floor rooms literally open to this area and there is zero sound proofing. There was a party of people being pound until midnight even through the restaurant closed hours before then. I asked the front desk to do something about it twice before they were asked to leave. We got 4 hours of sleep before our 4am wake up for Machu Picchu. Maybe there are rooms on higher floors which we didn’t see… just don’t stay on the ground floor!
