The hotel is charming, with the beautiful courtyard. Staff were gracious, especially Maria, who greeted me when I arrived in the evening. The location is very good, very close to Plaza Del Armas.
My bathroom smells like mold, but it was very clean otherwise. Probably because there was no window.

Location was great. It’s down a little pathway on the side. Was able to do early and late check due to our flights and paid a small fee for both.
The hot water went off while in the shower, but was happy that the hot water worked everyday.

The hotel was historically interesting and charming. It was beautifully decorated with artwork and local crafts. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Our room was spotlessly clean. Breakfast was good and could be eaten in the inner courtyard - weather permitting. The location was excellent as all the main sites and good restaurants, could be easily reached on foot.
