Very friendly upon arrival. Spacious and light filled apartment in a great location.
Bathroom a little tired but very clean.
Secure parking was a bonus and easy access to the apartment.

The amazing views and how close we were to everything
The bed was comfortable on one side; however, the other side appeared to be broken or damaged in the middle, causing the mattress and bed base to bow and making it uncomfortable to sleep on.
When we turned on the air conditioning, there was a very strong and unpleasant smell coming from the unit, which quickly filled the room and made it difficult to keep the air conditioner on

We were disappointed that the room did not match the presentation of what was advertised online in the images. There were several maintenance issues, including poorly repaired wall damage, a shower mat with a strong odour, and damaged door seals in the master bedroom resulting in the room being noisy, at night making it difficult for us and our young children to sleep.
We reported the issues to reception twice with limited follow up.
The location, pool and amenities were the highlights of our stay. If booking, take careful note of the difference between the Standard and Executive rooms, as the distinction could be clearer in the booking information.
Overall, the property has a great location and facilities, but the room would benefit from better maintenance and clearer information when booking.
