Customer support / after hours we left our key in our room was locked out due to you have to open the garage door with it
call the office 4am in morning thank you to the guy waking up and helping to open the unit, otherwise we wouldn't make to the airport on time thank you.
location great too, bed are amazing so comfortable,
Lighting need to be fixed little outdated way to bright good to dim the lights in room, need more information in the reception area for after hours help. only found the number on the outside gate.
Need better access to the Carpark very hard to get out of carpark need to have easier access , very hard to get out with a normal size sedan car.

Mostly it’s location
I would say that other people do wrong thing in apartments damage stuff I don’t and require pay $100 damage fee on top of my previous $253 fees for 2 nights plus I cleaned up habitually compare to a hotel stay prefer a hotel. No. Cockroaches in kettle and no “. Signing. A contract treated like a child when. I am clearly a functioning adult with clear boundaries
