Location and pool
Rooms are a bit dated , while clean and spacious the bathroom was looking tired

The location & undercover access to restaurants & pub
On check in i waited ages while a staff member.ber just ignored me & continued on with what she was doing
The room 6317 definitely needs maintenance, stained carpet & bedspread, torn ragged carpet at biofold door.
Since Accor took over service has deteriorated
