wonderful stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and everything was well organized. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
A special thanks to the reception team especially mr Qasim for the complimentary room upgrade. We really appreciated it, and it made our stay even more enjoyable.
The only issue we experienced was that the housekeeping staff were quite noisy while cleaning the room next to ours, which disturbed our rest. We hope this can be improved to provide a quieter experience for future guests.
