We liked that they gave us the best room with the best view. The main pool was excellent. The gym is small with not much equipments but is good for a little bit of fitness training. The restaurant and it's breakfast is exceptional. We want to say thanks to Yaser and the staff at the Brasserie Royal Restaurant for being attentive and accommodating, also to Mr. Yasem at the front desk for giving us a late checkout and his staff for giving us the best room with a view. The bell service and the golf cart transport were always there when needed. The staff at the main swimming pool were all nice. Special thanks also to the F&B and Room Service for the complimentary cake for our son's birthday. We definitely will be back.
The main pool has cigarettes butts, they should not allow guests to smoke or drink at the pool. At least, if the guest wants to smoke, should be 1 meter away from the pool. The front desk didn't explain where the room is located, what are the facilities offered in the hotel or which restaurant the breakfast will be. Other than that, we have an excellent stay.

All facilities were great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The buggy service was fun. The pool sides were superb especially the adult pool and the experience and ambience. Food was really good and delicious. Spa was amazing. Special shout out to Azeeka for great service in the breakfast restaurant. Also Sadek and Tahir were great too. Housekeeping was very clean.
