Είχαμε προγουμένως επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη, ο οποίος μας περίμενε το απόγευμα για να κάνουμε το check-in, μας έδωσε το κλειδί, τους κωδικούς για την εξωτερική πόρτα και πολλές ακόμα πληροφορίες για όσα μπορεί να χρειαζόμασταν!!!
Είχαμε ενημερώσει πως θέλαμε και θέση στο χώρο του πάρκιγκ τους και πραγματικά υπήρχε ευρύχωρος χώρος πάρκιγκ!
Ο κύριος John ήταν ευγενικός, πολύ εξυπηρετικός και κατατοπιστικός και έκανε τη διαμονή μας στο Borgo Villa Risi πολύ ευχάριστη!!!
Ο χώρος είναι μαγευτικός, όμορφος κήπος, περιποιημένοι εξωτερικοί χώροι, πισίνα!!!
Τα δωμάτια υπέροχα, ευρύχωρα, με καλά κρεβάτια, τα μπάνια άνετα, η κουζίνα διέθετε όλα όσα χρειάζεται ένα σπίτι!!!

Everything about that place is amazing. Great location, great apartment, air conditioning, kitchen, everything was exceptionally clean! The territory is very child-friendly - grass yard to run, dogs to play with, pool area - out kid enjoyed the stay so much!
The personnel is also friendly and helpful, I cannot wish for better host!

For us in the 30+ degree heat and having a car, Borgo Villa Risi was the perfect stay in Sienna - no parking problems in the big driveway - mornings spent in town or driving around wine country - then back for a cooling dip in the pool for a few hours before going out again in the evening. You can walk into town in 20 mins or it's less than 10 mins to drive or taxi. John, the host, could not have been more helpful and was always on hand via whatsapp (on the rare occasions he wasn't on- site) to answer any questions. Next time we're in Sienna, we will definitely stay here again

Beautiful and well maintained hotel and garden. And a fantastic clean pool. We also loved the breakfast and the staff was very friendly. We also loved the meal at the recommended local restaurant.
It was fine to dine in the nearby town, but an evening meal at the hotel would have been even better.
