Beautiful venue. Loved the natural environment. Room was pretty. Breakfast was good.
There was no hot water when I arrived. I had to take a shower at 2am the morning.

The bedroom was nice and clean, good spot and breakfast BUT...
Is too expensive for the quality of the service:
1. It was rainy and we needed to have breakfast that was included, we asked for an umbrella to go to their restaurant, they wanted us to pay extra for that and also we should run in the rain to reception to take it and pay, no one helping us and it is open sky lodge in the rain forest, should be included in the price cause is not a cheap place
2. The mini bar was too basic, of course we wanted to pay for extra stuff but even though the option were limited, they asked us to call to a Whastapp number for room service with 10% extra fee from the price, but the mini bar could be stuffed with better options to buy
3. For the price, the pool should be warm at least. It is cold water
