Great beach hotel, lots of focus is put on the beach, there is no lobby or some cooling chill area in the hotel. Food was great, enough options to choose from. Our view from the room was amazing, we were staying in the sea front room and enjoying the sea view every time we were in the room :) Staff were friendly. Beach was amazing too.
There is not enough entertainment in the evenings, considering some guests were always staying in the hotel, there should be some more events in the evenings. During weekend there was always a DJ during the day which was great. More entertainment for the kids would be great too.
There is a bit of a walk to the room from the beach and you can choose via stairs or hilly walk.

The stuff was friendly and attentive, food was delicious and highly diversified, the beach and hotel were clean, overall maintainance was at professional level. They offerred a free upgrade to a private suite for 2/5 nights which was a wonderful gesture at check-in.
The original room was not tailored to our family needs and was definately dangerous - my 3-year old twins were falling every night from over 1 m. height. until we realized we can put the matresses directly on the floor. Beach area is very dense and they have a VIP area that is exclusively sold to outside guests. It is not OK to overlook your own guests in favor of outside customers who only come to overcrowd the beach that is small anyway.

The hotel has an excellent location, and the staff is a 10/10 – very attentive and welcoming.
There was a noticeable, unpleasant smell in the bathroom throughout our stay, and the food at the restaurant didn't live up to expectations, as it was quite bland. With a bit more attention to these details, the experience would have been flawless.

We like the Manager Mr. Kokotaris behaviour , very professional and kind person , in charge and responsible for each detail of the property. Also beach service guy Teo is well behaved with us. Cleaning service also is good.
Bad quality of food - mostly convenience foods, old and hard bread, External visitors are allowed- Too crowdy , it is not isolated, low level and quality of cocktails unfortunately.
