Nice thematic hotel in Rosario's downtown. Easy to reach any spot within the city from hear. Renewed old building. Good breakfast and very cool restaurant. The staff is super friendly and always available to help
The room and bathroom were not as nice as the common areas of the hotel but still OK

The historic building where the hotel is located is amazing on its own, well renovated in Rock style with some artifacts like guitars, gowns etc. behind glass on the walls etc. there is amazing Rock&Fellers restaurant at the level one, very vibrant and popular, the concept is very similar to the Hard Rock Cafe. Staff were helpful, location great, in-house paid parking facility was very handy.
Staff didn’t speak no English except for one person on each shift, so when he/she were busy or away it was hard to communicate.
Sinks in washrooms are inexplicably low and small - washing up was a bit of a challenge.

The staff was great, especially, Camille. They went above and beyond and they were the best part of the stay. The old historic hotel could be amazing, but would need a LOT of work to be done.
However, the hotel is rundown and not clean at all. It needs a really deep cleaning and updating. The carpets and bathrooms are stained and the furniture is rickety and falling apart. The breakfast was fair at best. This did not feel like a Wyndam property.
