la predisposición del personal
para ser un hotel 4 estrellas , había cosas deterioradas , canillas q no cerraban bien , se escucha mucho ruido de otras habitaciones, puertas rotas

Breakfast
There are a lot of rules and regulations. You have to spend a lot of time during the reservation and then at the hotel to know everything. The small letter is very important. They charge you for everything. Parking is available, but you must pay for it if there is and space available. I was afraid to use the shampoo, maybe trigger another charge. They left some cookies next to the coffee and tea, and then they want to charge me for that. We were a couple, and they only gave us one toothbrush. We left one towel dirty, and they want to charge us for the towel. So, travel with your own towel. They even want to give a lecture about the towel. Very expensive for what we get. As I said, if you go, spend some time reading everything. I'm going on vacation, not to read a lot a rules
