The location is great , right in the city center. The staff was very kind and communicative. Breakfast was good and organized, especially because you have to sign up and book a table for that. The room is perfect, clean, nice view and very good shower.

- The hotel was very central, with supermarkets, museums, bars, restaurants, and transport options in close proximity.
- All of the staff were friendly, attentive and courteous.
- My room was quiet, large and clean. The plants in the room were a nice touch. The bed was very comfortable, and I really liked how the maids don't disturb you to clean, unless you ask for it.
- The breakfast was fairly decent, with lovely fresh bread.
- I liked that you could access the hotel from both sides, depending on where you are returning from.
- While the hotel was nice, and I have no complaints, I am a little confused as to why it has an overall rating of 9. There is no restaurant, and although the reception has a "bar" it is limited. The snacks on sale made it feel more like a hostel. Although there is a restaurant for breakfast, the hotel offers no other meal options.
- It was also very hot everywhere, although it wasn't particularly hot outside. Thankfully there was a fan which I needed to have on constantly while in the room.
- The breakfast was limited, with very few hot vegetarian options, and the food was lukewarm. I stayed for three nights and the breakfast was identical every morning. You need to book a specific time for breakfast in the busy weeks of summer, which is understandable. However, when I am on holiday, I prefer not to have restrictive breakfast times. There was a huge difference between the first and last slots, with the latter having people queueing up for bread, fruit and other items that had not been replenished.
- The bathrooms are a little dated and need a touch up.
- I paid to have my room for three hours after check out (11.00-14.00). I did this so I could relax before my journey home, and I am glad I did because I was feeling unwell that morning. However, at 11.20, someone knocked and then immediately entered the room. I was sleeping, and it really startled me. Then, at 13.50, the maid knocked loudly on the door while I was in the bathroom to check I was leaving at 14.00. This made me feel quite stressed, which negated the relaxing aspect I had paid for. The receptionist (who had entered my room first) was so apologetic and refunded two hours of the time I had paid for, which was unexpected and very appreciated. I just thought it was ironic that a hotel boasting that they leave you alone would spoil it at the end of my stay, but these things happen.

One of the best hotel breakfasts I've had in Europe.
This place needs an AC, the rooms are unbearably hot in summer. Also the drunks and drug addicts hanging out next to the hotel...
